LV Logistics is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our

team in Azerbaijan.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist

in the planning and execution of logistics activities, ensuring all

activities are aligned with project goals.

• Coordinate

the movement of goods, resources, and equipment, ensuring timely

deliveries.

• Track

project milestones, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to

schedule.

• Serve

as the point of contact between internal teams, clients, and external

suppliers to ensure smooth execution.

• Communicate

effectively with stakeholders to ensure all requirements and expectations

are met.

• Prepare

and distribute progress reports to stakeholders.

• Ensure

that all resources (e.g., personnel, equipment, materials) are available

for the smooth execution of logistics tasks.

• Monitor

inventory and logistics materials to ensure no delays in activities.

• Identify

potential issues or delays in the project and collaborate with relevant

teams to resolve them.

• Provide

support in troubleshooting operational challenges during the project

lifecycle.

• Ensure

all documentation is maintained, including contracts, schedules, and

progress reports.

• Ensure

compliance with logistics regulations, safety standards, and company

policies throughout the project.

• Monitor

project progress, identifying any issues or delays, and work with the team

to implement corrective actions.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s

degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• 1-2

years of experience in project coordination, logistics, or supply chain

management.

• Strong

organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity

with logistics software and project management tools.

• Ability

to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

• Detail-oriented,

proactive, and adaptable to changing project needs.

• Strong

team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency

in Azerbaijan and English languages
