Position Overview

• The

Mechanical Specialist is responsible for inspecting mechanical parts,

components, and products to ensure compliance with engineering drawings,

technical specifications, and quality requirements. This role involves

interpreting technical drawings, performing dimensional measurements,

using precision measuring instruments, identifying deviations, and

documenting inspection results. The position also requires close

collaboration with production and technical departments to ensure product

conformity and maintain quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect

mechanical parts and components to ensure their compliance with technical

requirements, engineering drawings, and specifications.

• Read

and interpret technical drawings, analyzing dimensions, shapes,

tolerances, and other technical specifications.

• Verify

the dimensions of mechanical components using appropriate measuring tools

and instruments.

• Perform

quality inspections of raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished

goods.

• Conduct

quality control inspections at various stages of the production process.

• Identify

and document non-conformities and monitor the implementation of corrective

actions.

• Document

measurement and inspection results and prepare relevant reports.

• Ensure

the proper use of measuring instruments and monitor their calibration

validity.

• Ensure

compliance with quality standards, technical specifications, and internal

procedures.

• Collaborate

with production and technical departments to prevent the recurrence of

non-conformities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s

degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline.

• Minimum

4–6 years of experience in maintenance and operation of power centers,

machinery, and industrial equipment.

• Knowledge

of project management, scheduling, and procurement coordination processes.

• Ability

to plan, coordinate, and supervise workforce activities effectively.

• Strong

communication and leadership abilities to train and guide employees.

• Strong

analytical thinking, problem-solving, documentation and coordination

skills.

• Commitment

to continuous improvement, operational safety, and efficiency.

• English
• advanced level, Russian – preferred, Turkish is an advantage.
