Music Teacher

Kaspi International School is looking for a passionate,

creative, and dedicated Music Teacher to join our team.

The Music Teacher will be responsible for planning and

delivering engaging, student-centered music lessons that develop students’

musical knowledge, creativity, confidence, and appreciation of different

musical traditions. The teacher will support students’ participation in

performances and school events and contribute to a positive, inclusive, and

collaborative learning environment aligned with the principles of an IB

education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s

degree in Music, Music Education, Education, or a related field (Master’s

degree preferred)

• Demonstrated

experience working as a Music Teacher, preferably in an international or

IB school environment

• Strong

knowledge of music theory, performance, and age-appropriate music

education

• Ability

to plan and deliver engaging, inquiry-based and student-centered lessons

• Knowledge

of IB approaches to teaching and learning is an advantage

• Ability

to inspire students and develop their creativity, confidence, and musical

skills

• Ability

to work effectively with students from diverse cultural and educational

backgrounds

• Experience

preparing students for performances, concerts, and school events

• Excellent

communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

• Excellent

command of English

• Ability

to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to the wider school

community
